Your first assignment is to watch the how-to video, read steps 1-7, school rules and real estate commission statement on this page.

1. Please watch the “how to” video instructions.

2. Please join the school facebook page. This is where you will find info about class cancelations, delays, or ask questions and have discussions as a community.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/allianceagentforum

3. You will login to www.DateTimeNews.com before every class. You will mark yourself as being in attendance within DateTimeNews.com. Select a morning time for morning class or Select evening time for night class.

(By putting yourself in the schedule, the system tells the instructor what chapters to teach. The system enables the State of Connecticut to see your class attendance history at any time. If you forget to put yourself in the attendance book your attendance will not count.)

4. The classes and meetings link within DTN will give you the current link and password to enter the classroom. This passcode to class room will change monthly and the new code will always be inside DTN.

5. The class binder can be picked up or mailed to you. You can print the Class Binder if needed. It’s located inside DateTimeNews.com on the classes and meetings page.

6. Once you have completed 21 classes and all online quizzes, the final exam will be enabled.

Your certificate of completion will be available to you immediately after passing the final.

7. A link to the State Exam is on the Classes and Meetings page after you select Alliance. You go to this page when you’re ready to take the state exam.

Please call Richard if you need assistance.

SCHOOL RULES

2. There is a “no refund” policy in place. Only under very certain circumstances would this be reconsidered.

3. While classes are taking place online, students are required to have a working front-facing camera and always appear in frame in order to receive credit for each class.

4. Students are not to share any study guides, audio recordings, quizzes, handouts etc. with those who are not registered as students with the Alliance Real Estate School.
